In Creato LMS, Membership allows you to offer exclusive access to your courses, content, and features based on different subscription plans. By creating membership levels, you can manage access, pricing, and benefits for your learners. Whether you’re offering a single course or a full library of content, memberships give you flexibility to monetize your LMS in various ways.
Step 1: Access the Membership Section
- In the Creato LMS dashboard, the Membership option can be found in the left-hand menu for managing and configuring your membership plans.
Step 2: Add a New Membership Plan
- Now, from the Membership dashboard, click Add Membership to create a new plan, or click Edit next to any existing membership to make changes.
- After clicking Add Membership, a new pop-up will appear, where you will find several fields to further configure your membership plan.
- Now, enter the Title (required), provide a Description to explain what the plan offers, and set the Subscription Price with options for billing interval and period, like monthly or yearly.
- Next, fill the other fields-
- Stop Renewing After: Optionally, specify a time period after which the subscription will automatically stop renewing.
- Sign-up Fee ($): Optionally, include a one-time fee charged when the user signs up for the membership.
- Sale Price ($): Add a discounted price if you’re running a sale campaign. You can also schedule the sale price to start and end at your desired time.
- Finally, click Next, which will take you to the section where you can select the courses that will be included in this membership plan
- In the Course section, select the courses that you want to allow for this membership. You can choose specific courses or entire categories that will be accessible to users who subscribe to this membership plan.
- Finally, click the Save button to complete the membership setup and make it available for your users.
- Now, on your site, all the created memberships will be visible under the Membership section of the Creator LMS dashboard.
