Customize Woocommerce Transactional Emails With Mail Mint

When running your WooCommerce store, one of the grey areas is the default transactional emails of WooCommerce.

You can now use Mail Mint’s drag and drop email builder to customize the default WooCommerce transactional emails.

With Mail Mint, you will be able to change the overall email copy, change the email template design, and even customize the designs for every email detail including order summary/details, billing details, and shipping details (which most other people do not allow).

Following are the steps you should follow to customize WooCommerce transactional emails using Mail Mint.

1. Go To Mail Mint > Settings > WooCommerce.

2. Here, enable “Customize Emails”

Here, you will notice that all the default transactional emails will be listed with an option to customize them.

  • New Order
  • Cancelled Order
  • Failed Order
  • Order On Hold
  • Processing Order
  • Refunded Order
  • Completed Order
  • Customer Invoice / Order Details
  • Customer Note
  • Reset Password
  • New Account

3. Click on the “Customize” button for the transactional email you want to edit or customize.

4. It will open up in the edit mode on our drag and drop email builder.

You use any blocks to make this email optimized.

5. On the right, click on the “Woo” icon to get specific blocks to customize WooCommerce order elements.

These blocks include:

  • Products
    Display products on this email for recommendations.
  • Order Details
    To display the order summary, prices, and necessary details.
  • Billing Address
    Use this block to include the billing address collected for the respective customer.
  • Shipping Address
    The block will allow you to display the customer’s shipping address (if applicable).

You may customize these in terms of color, typography, and other basic customization.

6. Once ready, click on Publish and go back.

7. Then enable it and the custom email will be in effect.
