1. Conflict with Caching Plugin
If you are using a caching plugin, you might need to exclude WPFunnels Checkout, Upsell, Downsell, and Thank you page from it.

2. Cannot Activate the License
If you cannot activate the license, one of the reasons can be – your IP is getting blocked by Cloudflare and Hosting providers.
The IP can be blocked if there was suspicious activity from a certain IP:
- too many failed login attempts
- accessing xmlrpc.php repeatedly
- sending too many requests or similar
The problem is that some hosting companies use Cluster IPs, meaning that a certain number of users share the IP and requests seem to come from the same source. So let’s say some of your users shared IPs with someone who made too many attempts, they would both get blocked even though your customer did nothing wrong.
There could be other reasons too.
We can unblock these, but if there are failed login attempts again from that IP, it would get automatically blocked again.
