1. Conflict With Caching Plugin
If you are using a caching plugin, you might need to exclude WPFunnels Checkout, Upsell, Downsell, and Thank you page from it.

2. Cannot Activate The License
If you cannot activate the license, one of the reasons can be – your IP is getting blocked by Cloudflare and Hosting providers.
Send us a temporary access to your site & access to your FTP at [email protected] and we will help you to unblock your IP.
3. WPFunnels License Issue – “invalid provided data”
While activating the WPFunnels Pro license, if you get the message “invalid provided data” then send the purchase email address to [email protected] and we will help you to activate it.
4. Not Getting Plugin Update
If you are not getting the plugin update or if you get the message “update package not available” then you need to remove the transient cache.

6. Cannot Access Grayed Out Funnel
If you see your funnel is grayed out and you cannot access it, this is because your funnel type is changed.
- While using Woo Template your Funnel Type should be “Sales”.
- While using Lead Gen Template (without WooCommerce) your Funnel Type should be “Lead Gen”
Go to WPFunnels > Settings and change the Funnel Type as required then click Save.
7. WPFunnels Template Dashboard Doesn’t Stop Loading
If WPFunnels Template dashboard doesn’t stop loading, one of the reasons can be – your IP is getting blocked by Cloudflare and Hosting providers.

8. Stripe Credit Card Fields Missing At The Checkout
Follow the steps below to enable the Stripe credit card field:
- Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Payments
- Here, for Stripe – Credit Card (Stripe), click on Manage (see image)
- Next, go to the Settings tab (see image)
- Here, scroll down to the Payments & transactions section and checkmark the option “Enable Separate credit card form” (see image)
- Then scroll down and click on Save.
Once you do this, the credit card fields should appear on the checkout form.
9. Changing WPFunnels Permalink Is Not Working
Follow the steps below to Save the WPFunnels Permalink structure:
- First, go to WPFunnels > Settings > Permalink tab and click on Save after changing the permalink structure. (see image)
- After that, from the WordPress dashboard menu go to Settings > Permalink and click on Save Changes. (see image)
The permalink changes should be working once your save the permalink at both places.
