How To Paste Contact Info To Import Contacts In Mail Mint

In Mail Mint, you can add your contacts directly by pasting your data in a CSV format.

Let’s see how you can do it step-by-step.

1. First, go to Mail Mint > Contacts and click on Import.

2. Move on to the “Paste Contact Info” tab and you can see the option to paste your contact data.

3. Add your contact data according to the format and click on the “Next” button.

4. It will take you to another page where you need to map your contact fields. The Email field is mapped by default.

5. Map your other contact fields accordingly.

6. Then select the “Subscription Status“. By default, it is set to Pending, but you can change it.

7. If you want, you can add the contacts to a List. If the list is not created already then you can add a new list from here too.

8. You may also Assign Tags to those contacts. Either you can add from the existing ones or create a new one directly from here.

9. After that, you’ll see some additional settings like –

  • If the contact already exists and is in Pending status, send an opt-in confirmation email.
  • Do not trigger any Automation for these contacts.
  • Do not update data for existing contacts.

Select the ones that suits your needs best.

10. Then click on the “Import” button to continue.

11. And you’ll see your contacts have been imported successfully. Next, click on View Contacts to check them from the Contacts Module.
