How To Configure Conditional Actions In Funnel

In this guide, we’ll show you how you can configure the conditions to set your funnel journey accordingly.

Suppose, you want to create a funnel journey in which if someone does not accept the Upsell offer, you’ll show them a Downsell offer.

So let’s configure it step by step.

1. Create a funnel or open an existing one. Click on the Condition icon at the bottom of your funnel step.

2. It will open a drawer and you need to Enable Condition for this step.

Enable Condition

3. Now, to configure the condition, you can set it up as [Upsell] [is] [accepted].

4. You can add multiple conditions using the AND operator.

5. You can also add multiple conditions using the OR operator.

6. Then you need to choose a step if conditions are True. Here let’s choose a Thank You step.

Here we’ve set: If Upsell Or Orderbump is accepted (which means the condition is true), then your prospect will go to the Next Step (Thank You step).

7. After that, you need to choose a step if conditions are False. Here let’s choose a Downsell step.

Here we’ve set: If Upsell Or Orderbump is not accepted (which means the condition is false), then your prospect will go to the Next Step (Downsell step).

8. Suppose, you haven’t created the Downsell step yet. In this case, you don’t need to go back and create the step, then come back again.

You can simply click on “Add Step” and create the next step directly from here.

9. Now that you’ve configured your Conditions and Next Steps properly, click on Save.

That’s how easily you can set a conditional buyer journey for your funnel steps.
