To use Pabbly Connect with WPFunnels, first, you need to make sure that the following plugins are installed and activated on your site:

- WPFunnels Integration Addon (activate with license key)
Once the plugins are installed & activated, you can go to the next step.
Step 2: Collect the Pabbly Connect Webhook URL
1. Log in to your Pabbly account then go to the All Apps dashboard. There, click on Access Now for Pabbly Connect.
2. Then click on the “Workflows” tab and click on Create Workflow.
2. Search for WPFunnels in the search bar and choose it.
4. Next, choose the Event Trigger for which you want to use this workflow:
You will get the following options:
- CTA Triggered
- After Opt-in Form Submit
- Main Order Accepted
- Order Bump Accepted
- Order Bump Not Accepted
- Upsell Accepted
- Upsell Rejected
- Downsell Accepted
- Downsell Rejected
In WPFunnels, you will be defining the same user events when connecting your funnels to Pabbly. And for each trigger, you will be able to plan a separate workflow in Pabbly Connect.
5. Once you select the trigger, you will get a Webhook URL. Copy it.
Now let’s head back to WPFunnels.
Step 3: Enable Pabbly Connect Integration
1. Go to WPFunnels > Integrations tab.
2. Enable Pabbly Connect on the Integrations dashboard.
Now let’s set up event triggers in a funnel to send data to Pabbly Connect.
Step 4: Create Integrations Event Triggers In A Funnel
For this, go to WPFunnels and create a new funnel or edit an existing one.
1. Now, click on the 3 dots icon on the top right corner of your funnel canvas. It will open an Integration drawer.
2. Here you’ll see options to edit the name of your Integration and the option to Connect with your tool. Select Pabbly Connect for “Connect CRM”.
3. It will let you define event triggers from the funnel to send data out to Pabbly Connect.
Step 5: Configure User Events & Actions
1. Select the right User Event from the dropdown and paste the associated webhook URL from Pabbly Connect on the right side.
There are several User Events you can choose from and you will get to create workflows in Pabbly Connect for the same Event triggers:
- CTA Triggered
- After Opt-in Form Submit
- Main Order Accepted
- Order Bump Accepted
- Order Bump Not Accepted
- Upsell Accepted
- Upsell Rejected
- Downsell Accepted
- Downsell Rejected
2. Then click Save to save the integration with Pabbly Connect for this funnel.
4. If you want you can add multiple user events for this funnel by clicking the (+) sign and then following step 2 to create separate workflows in Pabbly Connect for each user event. There, you will find the respective webhook URLs which you can use here.
So, this way whenever a prospect takes a specific action, the data is sent to Pabbly Connect. Then, you can set your workflows to the required Automation for you such as sending your lead data to your favorite CRM or automating other marketing processes.
If you want to add Pabbly Connect integration to other funnels, just repeat Step 4 and Step 5.
That’s it! This is how easily you can integrate with Pabbly Connect and send data from WPFunnels to other external tools automatically, based on user actions in the funnel.
