Creator LMS allows you to provide a preview of your course lessons so that potential students can view a portion of the content before purchasing. This feature helps increase engagement and encourages users to enroll in the full course. By enabling lesson previews, you can showcase the value of your course while keeping the remaining content restricted to paid users.
Steps to Enable Lesson Preview
- From the WordPress sidebar, navigate to Creator LMS and select Courses to view your course list.
- Click Edit on the course you want to enable lesson previews for. (You can also create a new course, but in this guide, we are modifying an existing course.)
- Scroll down to the Lessons area, where all lessons of the course are listed.
- Click on a lesson to edit it.
- Now, Toggle Enable Preview to Allow Lesson Preview.
- Click Update or Save Draft to apply the settings.
If you want multiple lessons to be previewed, repeat the steps for each lesson.
- Visit your course as a non-logged-in user. The previewed lessons will be visible, while the rest stay locked until purchase.
Once set, students can preview the selected lessons, encouraging enrollment while keeping the full course protected.
