How to Use Bricks Form And Mail Mint to Collect Leads & Run Automations

If you’re using the Bricks Builder, you can integrate Mail Mint to run powerful email marketing automation directly from your Bricks forms. To ensure everything functions properly, please make sure the following plugin is installed and activated correctly:

1. Install and activate the Bricks theme.

2. Activate both the Basic and Pro versions of Mail Mint.

Note: The Bricks Form Trigger is only available in the Pro version of Mail Mint.

Here’s a step-by-step guide on how you can use these tools together to collect valuable leads and automate email marketing.

Step 1: Create A Bricks Form On Any Page Within Your Website

  1. In Bricks, you will find a wonderful widget to add opt-in forms to your website.

  1. In the Form widget settings, you have the option to name the form. Remember the name of the form.

  1. On the form settings, scroll below to find Actions.

  1. Here, change it to “Custom”

  1. Once done, you may save the page.

Step 2: Create An Automation Workflow For A Bricks Form In Mail Mint

  1. Go to Mail Mint > Automation and click on “Add New Automation.”
  1. And then choose “Start Creating From Scratch.” It will open up the visual automation workflow builder.
  1. Here, name the workflow.
  1. Click on “Select A Starting Point” and go to the tab called Bricks to find the trigger, “After Form Submission” with the Bricks logo.

  1. Once selected, on the right side, assign the Bricks form for which you want to run this automation workflow.
    The list will automatically populate all the Bricks forms you have on your website for you to choose from.

  1. Map out your form fields to Mail Mint’s contact fields.
  1. Then add actions below the trigger to create a complete workflow to add contacts to lists or tags, send out an email, send SMS, etc.

  1. Once everything is ready, click on Start Workflow, and your automation is set up.

That’s it. Now, whenever someone submits the form, this automation workflow will be triggered.
